Are you a detail-oriented HR Administrator who can provide support on key HR processes, including onboarding, payroll, benefits, and recruitment?
Our client is looking for HR professionals based in Guernsey OR Jersey who are keen to join a firm that offers exposure to various HR functions within a dynamic and growing organisation.
Responsibilities will include:
- Administering onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes (promotions, transfers, parental leave)
- Processing payroll, pensions, and benefits for Channel Islands & UK employees
- Supporting recruitment by liaising with agencies and managers
- Maintaining HR policies, procedures, and training records while ensuring compliance
