Our highly respected legal client is looking for a Billing Administrator to support their Finance Billing & Collections team in creating and distributing invoices, driving process efficiencies, and optimising working capital.
Responsibilities will include:

Producing legal bills from creation to distribution, ensuring timely resolution of queries and invoice issues

Reviewing WIP balances with fee earners and finance teams to raise bills

Supporting complex billing requirements, including amendments, reversals, and database changes

Acting as a subject matter expert for billing and improving internal processes
You will have strong billings expertise, proficiency in MS Office and excellent client servicing skills.
