Our highly respected Guernsey client is looking for a Company Secretarial Administrator to join the firm on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
You’ll be supporting a varied client base with high-quality company secretarial services, playing a key role in ensuring compliance and smooth corporate governance.

Responsibilities will include:

Arranging and attending board meetings, draft minutes, and managing meeting packs

Maintaining statutory records and corporate registers for client entities

Coordinating filings with the Guernsey Registry and GFSC

Handling client and director queries with confidence and accuracy
You’ll bring company secretarial experience, strong communication skills, and ideally an ICSA qualification or equivalent.
