Join a dynamic and professional Client Services team as a Temporary Account Manager for 6 months , supporting a book of private clients in a highly respected financial institution in Guernsey.
This is a hands-on role focused on client servicing, onboarding, and daily relationship support — ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a background in financial services.
Responsibilities include:

Managing day-to-day client servicing and supporting the onboarding of new clients

Receiving and processing client instructions, coordinating with internal teams

Identifying and acting on opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell banking services

Supporting online banking setups and responding to client enquiries
We’re looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, strong IT proficiency (especially Outlook), and experience in a client-facing financial services role. You’ll need to be adaptable, collaborative, and confident in building relationships with clients and internal teams alike.
