We are working with a well-established fiduciary and corporate services provider that is seeking a Director of Trust and Corporate Administration to join our Guernsey office. This strategic leadership role offers an excellent opportunity for a senior professional to drive business performance, lead a high-performing team, and play a key part in succession planning.

A pivotal leadership position for a qualified experienced fiduciary professional with local knowledge, offering clear progression and influence in shaping the firm’s future.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical expertise on complex structures and overseeing client relationship management

  • Driving new business opportunities and contributing to strategic growth

  • Leading and supporting a high-quality client service team and internal development initiatives

  • Representing the firm externally and leading on risk and governance related to trust and corporate structures

You will be a strong communicator with the ability to lead, influence and support teams, have local jurisdiction knowledge, with a firm understanding of the Guernsey regulatory landscape. This is a role suitable for individuals ready to step up into a Director role or those already operating at that level
