A leading financial services provider is seeking a Senior Administrator – Risk and Compliance to join their Risk & Compliance team. Based in Guernsey, this role is key to maintaining and developing the organisation’s risk framework and compliance culture.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced compliance professional to take on a varied role involving client reviews, policy maintenance, and regulatory monitoring—while being part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team.
Responsibilities include:

Conducting client risk reviews and contributing to review meetings

Performing compliance and transactional monitoring in line with regulatory and internal standards

Preparing and reviewing compliance reports and maintaining AML manuals and documentation

Promoting regulatory awareness and assisting with staff education and procedural updates
You will have strong communication skills with an analytical mindset and high attention to detail together with proven experience within risk and compliance in financial services and a proactive attitude with confidence working across multiple teams
