Are you organised, detail-driven, and confident with systems? Join a respected financial services firm as an Administrator in the Client Servicing Team – a vital behind-the-scenes role supporting the administration of retirement products, Trusts, and Companies.

This role is ideal for someone with administration experience who thrives on accurate processing, collaboration, and continuous learning – all within a friendly, professional environment that supports development and progression.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing all administrative tasks for retirement products in line with regulations.

  • Updating systems (e.g. Viewpoint) and maintaining accurate records.

  • Preparing key documentation such as transfer paperwork, investment applications, and trustee minutes.

  • Liaising with internal teams and external institutions like banks and investment houses.
