Are you detail-oriented and ready to take the next step in your fiduciary career? Our client, a highly regarded fiduciary services provider, is looking for a Fiduciary Administrator to join their Guernsey team.

This role offers the opportunity to gain broad experience across trust and corporate administration in a supportive, professional environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with the administration of trust and corporate structures, ensuring compliance at all times.

  • Maintain accurate client records and prepare statutory filings.

  • Support with CDD collection, bank account openings, and payment processing.

  • Draft correspondence, board minutes, and resolutions for review and approval.

This role would suit someone with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and confidence using Microsoft Office. A proactive attitude, the ability to prioritise effectively, and good communication skills are essential. Previous fiduciary experience or knowledge of local regulatory requirements would be advantageous but is not essential.
