Are you a confident communicator with a passion for customer service and an interest in the property and financial services sector? We’re looking for a Mortgage Sales Executive to join a reputable, forward-thinking organisation in Jersey. This is your chance to play a vital role in growing the mortgage business across both the UK and Channel Islands.
This client-facing role is focused on providing tailored mortgage advice, supporting applications from initial enquiry to completion, and strengthening relationships with brokers and direct customers alike.
Responsibilities include:

Engaging with new and existing customers and brokers to build trusted, long-term relationships

Conducting Approval in Principle assessments and preparing detailed mortgage applications

Representing the company in a professional and positive manner in all interactions

Supporting the wider business by contributing to projects and collaborating with senior sales and business development colleagues
You’ll be CeMAP-qualified, confident in handling customer and broker relationships, and have a professional, solutions-led approach. You thrive under pressure, work well independently, and understand the importance of regulatory compliance and great service.
Bonus points if you have DipMAP or knowledge of property markets across the Channel Islands and UK—but full support will be provided for the right candidate.
