A leading financial institution in Guernsey is seeking a motivated Mortgage Sales Executive to help grow their residential lending business.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll build strong relationships with customers and intermediaries, guiding applicants through the mortgage journey, and promoting a trusted brand in both local and international markets.

Responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with new and existing clients to deliver tailored mortgage solutions

• Packaging applications and supporting end-to-end processing

• Liaising with brokers, estate agents, and solicitors to ensure smooth transactions

• Representing the business positively in all customer and market interactions

You'll ideally have full CeMAP (or be ready to pursue and complete it), outstanding people skills, and confidence working both independently and as part of a high-performing team. Prior customer-facing or mortgage experience is a big plus.
