Job Description

We're working with a well-established financial services firm that is looking to expand its tax reporting team with the appointment of a Reporting Administrator, Trust. This is a rare opportunity for either an experienced administrator or someone keen to step into their first office-based role with structured support and excellent long-term prospects.

You’ll join a small, friendly team within a stable and growing business, and be part of delivering regulatory reporting across international tax regimes such as FATCA and CRS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the accurate preparation and timely submission of FATCA and CRS reports to relevant authorities

  • Review and update client records, ensuring all data is compliant and up to date

  • Support the team in identifying changes in client circumstances that affect reporting requirements

  • Liaise with relationship managers and accountants on tax reporting queries

Ideally you will either have some prior office experience OR be a motivated school leaver/graduate looking for a start in finance. You will be detail-oriented with good analytical and record-keeping skills and have strong organisational abilities and capable of working to deadlines together with excellent communication skills and a team-focused mindset. A basic understanding of KYC/CDD and compliance would also be an advantage.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a strong eye for detail and an interest in the regulatory and data side of finance. Whether you’re early in your career or already working in administration, this could be a great fit.
