Our client, a leading international legal services provider, is looking for a Client Take-On Manager to join their Jersey office. This is a key leadership role, managing a global-facing team that supports client onboarding across the Far East, Caribbean, and UK time zones.
With a focus on delivering timely, compliant, and efficient onboarding processes, this role offers the chance to influence global take-on procedures while supporting a collaborative, expert-led compliance culture.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and mentoring a team of five onboarding professionals, driving performance and service standards.
- Overseeing the end-to-end client take-on process, ensuring regulatory and procedural compliance.
- Collaborating with partners, fee earners, and compliance teams across global offices.
- Streamlining workflows and monitoring KPIs to enhance operational efficiency
- You’ll be an experienced leader with strong knowledge of AML and client onboarding regulations.
A background in legal or professional services is preferred, along with 5+ years’ relevant experience. You’ll need excellent organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team.
