We are supporting a well-established financial services firm in Guernsey in their search for a CDD & Client File Reviewer on a 6-9 month fixed-term contract. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to contribute to robust compliance and risk management processes while gaining exposure to a wide range of client structures and regulatory practices.

As a CDD & Client File Reviewer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that client documentation and files meet regulatory and internal standards. This position is ideal for a meticulous professional with experience in compliance, client onboarding, or fiduciary services, looking to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct comprehensive CDD and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) checks on clients, including individuals, trusts, and companies.

• Review client files and documentation, ensuring compliance with Guernsey AML/CFT regulations, GFSC rules, and internal policies.

• Escalate high-risk matters to the Compliance Officer or MLRO and collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries.

• Maintain accurate records, support compliance reporting, and assist with audit preparation.

Ideally you will have strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and organisational abilities, together with knowledge of Guernsey regulatory frameworks and AML/CFT legislation. You will also be proactive, adaptable, and capable of working to tight deadlines and have effective communication and collaboration skills across teams.
