Looking to kick-start or grow your career in financial services? Our client, a family-owned independent fiduciary and fund administration business specialising in the venture capital sector, is seeking a Fund Administration Assistant to join their experienced Guernsey team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Process payments, capital calls, and distributions accurately and on time.
  • Maintain investor records and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
  • Assist with due diligence collation and company secretarial matters.
  • Support the team with documentation, projects, and ad-hoc client requests.

This role would suit a proactive, detail-oriented individual with at least 1 year of administrative experience and a keen interest in financial services. Strong IT skills, good communication, and a can-do attitude are key.
