Join a well-established financial services provider as a Pensions Manager in Guernsey, where you’ll lead a skilled team in delivering high-quality administration services across a range of personal, occupational, and multi-member pension schemes.

Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day administration of pension schemes and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Managing a team responsible for onboarding new business, benefit calculations, and client reporting
- Reviewing and approving financials, accounts, and documentation for pension schemes
- Liaising with auditors, asset managers, and other third parties to support smooth operational delivery
This position provides autonomy, leadership responsibility, and exposure to diverse pension structures, with strong support for continued professional development. You’ll have the chance to influence process improvements, work closely with senior management, and develop your expertise within an experienced and collaborative team.
