We're seeking a Trust Officer or Senior Trust Officer to join a well-established financial services organisation in Guernsey. This role offers the opportunity to manage a portfolio inclusive of pension clients while contributing to a high-performing, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Complex Portfolios – Oversee administration for a portfolio of trusts and companies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Build Relationships – Serve as a key contact for clients and intermediaries, identifying business development opportunities.
- Maintain High Standards – Ensure adherence to internal procedures and regulatory requirements while delivering excellent client service.
- Mentor & Collaborate – Support and guide junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
