An exciting new opportunity has arisen within a leading Trust and Corporate Services provider for a New Business Administration Manager to join their expanding Jersey office. This newly created position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth, compliant, and efficient onboarding experience for clients and intermediaries across multiple jurisdictions.
A standout role for a proactive professional with strong knowledge of Jersey regulation, client due diligence, and onboarding who is ready to take ownership of end-to-end processes and contribute to the growth of a high-performing team.
Responsibilities include
- Overseeing the full lifecycle of client onboarding, ensuring compliance with AML, CFT, and CPF frameworks and local regulations.
- Conducting and reviewing Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for new clients within Trust and Corporate Services.
- Collaborating with Compliance and Risk teams to manage risk assessments and implement effective financial crime prevention controls.
- Leading and mentoring team members, identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in onboarding operations.
You should be detail-oriented with a strong grasp of KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements in Jersey, you will also be a confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills as well as a natural leader who enjoys working “hands-on” in client onboarding and due diligence.
