Join a forward-thinking firm where people and technology come together to shape success as a Talent Acquisition Senior Associate for a 6 to 9 month fixed term contract.

You’ll play a key role in supporting recruitment across the Channel Islands, helping to attract, assess, and onboard exceptional talent.

Responsibilities Include:

• Lead experienced-hire and trainee recruitment, managing the process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Conduct engaging interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Oversee work permits, visas, and onboarding logistics with accuracy and care.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and reporting to enhance efficiency.

You’ll bring CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent), proven recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, detail-driven approach. Familiarity with systems such as Workday and Google tools will be an advantage.
