Step into a key leadership position as a Trust Manager, overseeing a diverse portfolio of trusts, companies and complex structures while guiding a high-performing administration team in Guernsey.
You’ll take ownership of day-to-day client management, ensure full regulatory compliance, and act as a central point of contact for clients, intermediaries and internal teams. This role offers the chance to build strong relationships, drive efficiencies, and play a pivotal part in developing and mentoring junior colleagues.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead the daily management of a varied client portfolio
- Support, coach and develop team members to achieve their KPIs
- Strengthen client and intermediary relationships through clear, confident communication
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency
You’ll bring extensive fiduciary experience, strong technical knowledge across trusts and company structures, and a proven track record in managing teams. Excellent communication, critical thinking and the ability to prioritise with confidence are essential.
