One of our valued clients is seeking a Specialist – Administration (Private Equity) to join their Guernsey team. This is a growth role within a dynamic, internationally connected department supporting complex private equity structures and high‑activity client portfolios.
As a key individual contributor within the Private Capital team, you will take responsibility for complex client work, high‑value transactions and end‑to‑end private equity administration.
Responsibilities include:
- Acting as a key operational contact for clients and Investment Advisors, managing complex deliverables, client queries and bespoke structural requirements.
- Delivering end‑to‑end investor and fund administration including capital activities, reconciliations, cash management, tax reporting and supporting company secretarial duties.
- Leading by example within the team—supporting junior colleagues, guiding workload, and ensuring procedures, controls and regulatory requirements are upheld.
- Contributing to governance, risk and process‑improvement initiatives, supporting audits, regulatory submissions, internal projects and new business activity.
You should bring a strong experience in private equity or fund administration, with confidence handling complex structures and multi‑layered transactions, solid knowledge of Guernsey Company, POI and Partnership Law together with excellent communication skills, including comfort interacting with clients, senior stakeholders and attending board meetings.
