Step into a 6-month contract for one of our highly respected Guernsey clients where you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality administration across a diverse portfolio of trust and company structures.
This Senior Administrator position offers the chance to take ownership of client work, support a busy Private Wealth team, and keep operations running smoothly through a period of increased demand.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage a portfolio of trusts and companies, handling communications, payments, transactions, and document drafting.
- Maintain accurate client profiles, due diligence, and risk assessments while ensuring all regulatory deadlines are met.
- Support onboarding, client meetings, outgoing business, and fee management within required timeframes.
- Contribute to the wider team by assisting senior management, completing key tasks promptly, and maintaining strong utilisation.
You’ll bring strong fiduciary experience, excellent communication, and a proactive, detail-driven approach. If you enjoy working autonomously, building strong relationships, and handling varied day-to-day responsibilities, this role will keep you challenged and engaged from day one.
