We are urgently seeking a Client Director - Executive Compensation Services for one of our key clients in their Jersey offices, where you’ll guide a high-performing team and manage a sophisticated portfolio of employee incentive clients.

In this senior leadership role you’ll shape service delivery, act on client boards, and play a key part in steering future strategy across a growing and dynamic service line. This is an ideal move for someone who thrives in a regulated environment and enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead, mentor, and support a specialist team handling complex executive compensation structures.
• Act as Director or Alternate Director on client boards while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Oversee regulatory, risk, and quality standards across all client work.
• Contribute to strategic planning, business development, and internal improvement initiatives.

You’ll bring strong technical knowledge of share plans and employee incentives, experience managing teams, and a solid understanding of trust and corporate structures. A relevant professional qualification and JFSC Category A status are essential.
