Step into a progressive fiduciary environment as a Senior Trust Administrator, taking ownership of a varied portfolio of trusts and companies while delivering reliable, high-quality client service for a privately owned and independent trust company in Guernsey.
This role offers the chance to deepen your technical expertise, support junior colleagues, and work closely with experienced managers in a collaborative setting where your development is actively encouraged.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage day-to-day administration across a portfolio of trust and corporate structures.
- Handle client banking, documentation, and regulatory requirements with accuracy and confidence.
- Resolve queries, communicate clearly, and build strong internal and external relationships.
- Support junior team members while staying focused on time management, deadlines, and service quality.
You’ll bring at least two years’ trust experience, solid written and verbal communication, and progress toward a relevant qualification such as STEP or ICSA. Strong attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to stay organised under pressure will help you thrive, along with a genuine commitment to client service and continuous learning.
