Take the lead in shaping a high-quality employee experience across Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man as a People Consultant / Regional Lead. This senior HR generalist role based in Guernsey is perfect for someone who thrives on partnering with leadership, embedding culture, and driving meaningful people initiatives across multiple locations.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor, guide organisational priorities, and ensure every stage of the employee lifecycle reflects a people-first approach.
Responsibilities include:
- Partner with senior leaders to diagnose people needs and deliver effective, pragmatic solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations with strong knowledge of local employment law.
- Oversee all employee lifecycle activities, from attraction and onboarding through to development and exits.
- Collaborate with specialist HR teams to tailor initiatives locally while keeping culture and values at the centre.
You should have solid HR qualifications, strong employee relations and mediation experience, excellent communication skills, financial understanding, and confidence supporting organisational change. This is a people-focused role best delivered through close in-office collaboration.
