This opportunity is ideal for someone at the start of their career who is eager to learn, build professional skills, and develop within a friendly and progressive environment supporting high-net-worth individuals and families.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the set-up and maintenance of client records, statutory documents, minutes, and trustee resolutions.
  • Supporting day-to-day bookkeeping for trusts and companies, including reconciliations and statement processing.
  • Helping with bank account administration, incoming funds reviews, and preparing routine client communications.
  • Learning internal policies, procedures, and the fundamentals of trust structures, tax awareness, and client service delivery.

On Offer

  • A genuine trainee opportunity with no previous trust or financial services experience required.
  • Full support to learn the foundations of trust and corporate administration in a professional environment.
  • Excellent exposure to bookkeeping, client administration, banking processes, and legal entity structures.
  • The chance to build a long-term career in financial services with progression as your knowledge and confidence grow.

This role would suit someone enthusiastic, reliable, and keen to learn. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a team-focused approach are key, along with the ability to stay organised and work to deadlines.
