Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the set-up and maintenance of client records, statutory documents, minutes, and trustee resolutions.
- Supporting day-to-day bookkeeping for trusts and companies, including reconciliations and statement processing.
- Helping with bank account administration, incoming funds reviews, and preparing routine client communications.
- Learning internal policies, procedures, and the fundamentals of trust structures, tax awareness, and client service delivery.
