A leading, independent offshore bank and trust company is seeking a Junior Analyst to join their Fiduciary Investment Review team in their Guernsey office, supporting oversight of investment performance and risk across global trust jurisdictions.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting internal portfolio reviews against market benchmarks and peer groups
• Supporting the management of external service providers by delivering information and documentation promptly
• Maintaining and remediating portfolio‑related data across core administration and business intelligence systems
• Researching counterparty credit ratings and analysing investment‑related risk

This role would suits someone analytical, detail‑focused, and naturally curious about investments and financial markets. You should possess strong analytical skills, clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines and work independently on multiple projects.
