A global financial services business is seeking a Trainee Fund Administrator / Fund Administrator to join their dedicated Fund Services team, supporting the smooth administration of a diverse portfolio of funds and investment companies in Guernsey.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their fund administration career - offering full training, professional study support, and exposure to a wide range of investor and fund servicing activities.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the administration of funds and investment companies in line with service agreements and regulatory requirements
- Liaising professionally with fund sponsors, advisers, brokers, auditors, bankers and shareholders
- Processing payments, banking activity, investor transactions, and assisting with statements, statutory filings and reports
- Maintaining accurate investor files, registers and company secretarial documentation
