You’ll handle end-to-end responsibilities across sales and lettings, lease advisory, Red Book valuations, development appraisals, and asset management.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing sales and lettings of commercial properties
• Conducting rent reviews, lease renewals, and valuation reports
• Delivering asset management and development advice
• Collaborating closely with in-house teams across multiple property disciplines

Requirements:

• MRICS qualified with 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience,
• Experience across both commercial and residential markets
• Technical strength, strong analytical skills, and a full driving licence.
