You’ll deliver a broad range of professional building surveying services across dilapidations, technical due diligence, defect diagnosis, refurbishment projects, and contract administration. Responsibilities will include:
- Delivering full-spectrum building surveying reports and professional advice across commercial properties
- Leading refurbishment, maintenance, and fit‑out projects as Contract Administrator (JCT)
- Carrying out technical due diligence and defect diagnosis
- Preparing and negotiating schedules of dilapidations and condition
- Working closely with cross‑island and UK teams to ensure exceptional client service
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and internal stakeholders to drive repeat business
Requirements:
- Relevant degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline
- MRICS qualified
- Strong technical understanding of building pathology and construction
- Excellent report‑writing, communication, and client‑management skills
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel off‑island when required
