Job Description
Join a respected, specialist Guernsey legal practice as a PA / Office Manager, supporting the sole partner with high-level executive and operational tasks.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be the linchpin of a small but busy firm, managing client communications, coordinating office operations, and leading the transition to digital submissions with the Guernsey Greffe in 2026.
Responsibilities will include:

Provide full PA support including diary, correspondence, and document drafting

Act as a key client contact, managing records and streamlining admin

Oversee AML/KYC compliance and support financial admin

Lead digital transformation readiness and manage office systems
You’ll need proven PA or office management experience in a professional services setting, exceptional organisational skills, and confidence handling sensitive information. A background in legal or compliance support is an advantage.
