This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact and keeping operations running smoothly and combines professional reception duties with high-quality secretarial and administrative support for managers and the wider team. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Act as first point of contact, managing calls, visitors and reception communications
  • Provide secretarial support including diary management, meetings and correspondence
  • Coordinate office administration, supplies, post and document control
  • Support facilities, records, and general office processes with accuracy and discretion

You should have previous reception or admin experience, strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft Office, ideally within an operational or construction environment.
