This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and highly organised Executive Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to the CEO and Executive Office.
This fast-paced, people-focused role suits someone who thrives on managing competing priorities, maintaining discretion, and ensuring seamless communication between senior leadership, board members, and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage the CEO’s diary, meetings, travel, and correspondence with precision and professionalism.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and reports, ensuring timely follow-up on key actions.
- Act as a trusted liaison with internal teams, the leadership board, and external partners.
- Anticipate needs, streamline operations, and enhance executive efficiency across the business.
You’ll bring proven experience supporting C-suite leaders, excellent communication and organisation skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. This is a hands-on, office-based role in a friendly, collaborative environment where your impact will be immediate and valued.
