Job Description

An established and highly respected fiduciary services firm is strengthening its Digital Assets team and is seeking an Assistant Trust Manager to support a growing and increasingly complex client base in its Guernsey office.

This is a newly formed role, well suited to candidates currently operating at Assistant Manager or Manager level who are commercially minded and more motivated by substance, quality of work and long‑term opportunity than job title.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the administration of a client portfolio, ensuring governance, statutory and regulatory obligations are met across trust and company structures
  • Reviewing accounts, banking arrangements, investment documentation and statutory filings, working closely with internal specialist teams
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, advisers and intermediaries, anticipating needs and supporting high‑quality client relationships
  • Supporting the Manager with team oversight, work reviews, reporting requirements and internal processes as required

You should have a professional qualification, together with a confident, professional approach to complex client and internal matters as well as strong commercial awareness and the ability to apply judgement in real‑world scenarios

While experience with digital assets is desirable, it is not essential since full training will be provided, making this an exciting opportunity to move into a specialist and evolving area of fiduciary services.
