We’re working with full-service offshore law firm to source a detail‑driven Senior Finance Administrator with excellent communication skills to support their busy finance team in Jersey.
This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily financial operations, from billing and reconciliations to accounts payable and conveyancing transactions.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing accounts payable/receivable, processing supplier invoices, staff expenses and online banking payments.
- Completing reconciliations, maintaining practice management system records and supporting billing cycles.
- Assisting with conveyancing transactions and providing general operational finance support across the business.
- Responding to Finance helpdesk queries and contributing to departmental projects and ad‑hoc work.
You should have at least three years’ experience in a similar finance role, ideally within professional services together with a strong understanding of accounting principles. You should also have the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure, and a positive, flexible attitude.
