One of our key clients in Guernsey is seeking a motivated Trainee Private Client Administrator to join their growing Private Client team, supporting the management of a varied portfolio of trusts, companies, and foundations.

Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the day‑to‑day administration of private client structures including trusts, companies, and foundations
- Supporting processing operations such as payments, receipt packs, and client instruction updates
- Maintaining accurate client and entity records across internal systems
- Assisting with company secretarial duties including minutes, transaction packs, and reports
This role is ideal for someone organised, eager to learn, and ready to build a long-term career in private client administration. You should also possess strong communication and organisational skills as well as good computer literacy and confident problem‑solving abilities
