A key client is seeking an administrator to join its Insurance Management team in Guernsey. This role plays a key part in supporting domestic general insurance clients and sits within a collaborative, service‑driven team.
This is a client‑facing, hands‑on administrative role with a strong emphasis on daily communication. It will suit someone confident and comfortable engaging with clients and policyholders by phone and email, who enjoys building rapport and delivering a responsive, professional service.
Responsibilities include:
- Day‑to‑day administration of domestic general insurance policies, claims, premiums and client records
- Regular interaction with clients and policyholders via telephone and email, responding clearly, confidently and professionally
- Supporting insurance claims administration from notification through to settlement in line with agreed procedures
- Processing policy amendments, renewals and cancellations accurately while maintaining complete, audit‑ready records
