An excellent opportunity has arisen with a key client - an established fiduciary and private client services provider - for a Senior Trust Officer or Trust Officer to join their busy team in Guernsey.
This role would suit an organised and motivated trust professional who takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality client administration and enjoys building strong working relationships with clients, colleagues and professional intermediaries.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with, or managing, the administration of Trust, Company and Private Client relationships, ensuring records, correspondence, minutes, due diligence and transactions are maintained accurately.
- Drafting trust and company minutes, client correspondence and supporting documentation, while helping to keep client files, bank records and permanent documents up to date.
- Liaising confidently with clients, bankers, accountants, lawyers and other professional parties, escalating issues or areas of difficulty where appropriate.
- Supporting company secretarial, compliance, AML and general portfolio administration duties, ensuring confidentiality and attention to detail at all times.
You should have experience within a Trust Administration role, either at Officer or Senior Officer level together with a part-qualification, relevant professional qualification, or willingness to study towards STEP, ICSA, ACCA, ACA or similar.
