Job Description
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing a portfolio of client entities, providing fiduciary guidance and ensuring high-quality administration and service delivery
- Building and developing client and intermediary relationships while actively contributing to new business generation and growth strategies
- Leading, mentoring and developing teams, ensuring strong performance, engagement and adherence to regulatory and internal standards
- Working closely with senior leadership to support strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and potential acquisition opportunities
You should hold a relevant professional qualification (such as STEP, ACCA or ICSA), together with significant experience within the fiduciary sector. You should also have a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, proven leadership capability, and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
