One of our key clients is seeking a Crew Payroll Administrator to join its friendly and fast-paced team in Guernsey.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1–2 years’ payroll or payroll administration experience to build their career in a specialist environment, supporting the accurate and timely delivery of payroll services for crew employees — with the added benefit of parking, strong team support and excellent long-term prospects.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the processing of crew payroll across agreed payroll cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Inputting and maintaining payroll data, including starters, leavers, salary changes, allowances and deductions
- Reviewing timesheets and supporting documentation, while keeping payroll records and files fully up to date
- Acting as a first point of contact for routine payroll queries and liaising with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and support reporting
