Responsibilities include:
- Leading overall engagement and relationship management for a portfolio of captive insurance clients, acting as the main point of contact for senior stakeholders.
- Developing and executing strategic account plans that align client objectives, service delivery, regulatory requirements, and commercial targets.
- Coordinating internal specialists across broking, reinsurance, risk, and related service lines to deliver integrated, high-quality solutions.
- Driving growth, profitability, and service improvement through stewardship reporting, data-led insight, and identification of cross-sell and value-enhancing opportunities.
This role will suit a commercially minded, relationship-driven insurance professional with strong captive or risk financing experience and the ability to operate credibly at senior client level. You should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, a strategic mindset, and the confidence to bring together multiple teams and disciplines around shared client goals.
