A prominent financial services business is seeking a capable and ambitious Senior Fund Administrator to join its high-quality Listed Funds team in Guernsey.

Responsibilities include:

• Administering funds, management companies and associated structures, acting as a regular point of contact for clients and intermediaries.
• Supporting company secretarial matters, including preparing agendas and board packs, coordinating meetings and drafting minutes.
• Processing fund operations such as investor calls, distributions, payments and investor record changes, ensuring transactions are completed accurately.
• Managing statutory and regulatory filings, supporting accounts distribution and maintaining compliance with internal control procedures.

Candidates with fund administration experience - especially within listed funds - would be preferred, although those with experience within related financial services environments with practical exposure to company secretarial activities will be considered (eg preparing board packs, attending or coordinating board meetings, drafting minutes and maintaining corporate records).
