Job Description
An established and highly regarded private client services business is seeking an Information Security Governance Senior Administrator to join its team in Guernsey.
This brand-new role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to develop specialist knowledge in information security governance, supporting the accurate documentation, evidence management and coordination activities behind the firm’s security and certification programme.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining information security policies, procedures and governance records, including version control, approval documentation and scheduled review dates.
- Coordinating evidence for recognised cyber security certifications, keeping repositories, indexes and readiness trackers accurate and up to date.
- Managing registers, action logs and supplier assurance records, including issuing questionnaires, monitoring responses and maintaining due diligence information.
- Using Microsoft 365 applications to organise documents, track deadlines and ensure governance, audit and certification activities progress as planned.
This is not a technical IT or cyber security role, it is a role that is ideally suited to a highly organised administrator with previous office experience who would like to apply their skills within a specialist information security governance function. You should be comfortable managing detailed documentation, maintaining accurate records and following structured processes. Strong attention to detail will be essential, particularly when monitoring deadlines, updating trackers, organising evidence and maintaining version-controlled documents.
If you have solid administrative experience and would like to move into a specialist role offering structured development, professional study support and exposure to information security governance without needing a technical background please apply today with your latest CV or contact Marcel on 01481 714634 or email info@firstcall.co.gg.
