One of our key clients - an established fiduciary services provider - is seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to join its Private Wealth team in Jersey.
Taking responsibility for a portfolio of complex trusts and companies, you will combine high-quality administration with client relationship management, risk oversight and support for junior team members.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of complex trust and company structures, including bookkeeping entries and the preparation and review of financial reports.
- Developing trusted, long-term relationships with clients, intermediaries, investment advisers and asset managers while identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery.
- Reviewing accounts, financial information and client structures, anticipating technical issues and working with colleagues or specialist advisers to develop effective solutions.
- Maintaining robust regulatory and risk-management standards while monitoring portfolio profitability, work in progress, aged debt and commercial performance.
You should be a confident and professional communicator who can build rapport with clients, colleagues and intermediaries, have 5-10 years experience in fiduciary services, and strong knowledge of offshore trusts, companies and private wealth administration. You will also require a sound understanding of the regulatory and compliance framework governing fiduciary services in Jersey.
