Job Description
One of our valued clients - a privately owned trust company - is seeking a methodical and ambitious Compliance & Operations Administrator to join its close knit Guernsey team.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop a career in compliance within a smaller, supportive business where your ideas will be valued and you will gain practical experience across CDD, onboarding, regulatory processes and business operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Completing CDD and enhanced due diligence reviews for new and existing clients, including individuals, companies, trusts and other structures.
- Reviewing client documentation, undertaking risk-based checks and maintaining accurate records in accordance with Guernsey AML/CFT requirements and internal procedures.
- Supporting client onboarding, entity closures, compliance reporting, audit preparation and the ongoing development of policies, processes and checklists.
- Maintaining accurate client data and coordinating document-retention processes, while providing occasional reception and general office support when required.
On Offer
- Quarterly bonus scheme
- Discretionary profit-share scheme
- Flexible working and work-from-home options
- A personal and collaborative working environment
You should have 1+ years experience in a CDD, compliance or onboarding position within a fiduciary or financial services organisation, be naturally thorough and comfortable working methodically within established procedures, as well as possessing excellent attention to detail and clear communication skills.
If you are looking to build your compliance career in a business where you will be known as an individual rather than simply another employee, our client offers an attractive combination of professional development, flexibility, financial rewards and a genuinely supportive team culture.
