One of our key clients is looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Actuary/Analyst to join its Actuarial Insurance team. Applications are welcomed from mathematically strong school leavers and graduates, and no previous actuarial experience is required.
You do not need to arrive with all the answers, you will receive training across every part of the role and work with experienced colleagues who will support your development.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Analysing insurance client data and checking calculations.
- Assisting with actuarial valuations, reserving and financial reporting.
- Preparing reports and professional communications for clients.
- Using Excel, R and specialist actuarial software to support client work.

YOU SHOULD BE/HAVE:
- a minimum Grade A in A-level Mathematics or an equivalent qualification.
- Enjoy working with numbers, solving problems and learning new technical skills.
- Familiarity with R or another programming language would be helpful but is not essential.
- Accurate, curious, motivated and ready to combine professional studies with practical experience.
