Are you a detail oriented with exemplary organisational skills and keen to join a busy finance team for a commercial business.
Our client is searching for a dynamic Finance Assistant to assist the finance operations team.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing daily/weekly bank account reconciliations, credit card income and other income/receipts.
- Support the processing and review of payments to suppliers, staff (expenses) and company credit cards.
- Together with Operations, alongside other departments, work on the stock (ordering, updating on system, adjusting)
- Support external and internal reporting requirements and the credit control function.
While no qualifications are required for this role, it would be useful if you are studying towards an accountancy qualification. You will also have excellent communication skills at all levels, are self motivated and have experience of working with general ledger systems.
