Job Description

We are urgently seeking a proactive and forward thinking Senior Administrator to join one of our key clients in their Jersey office.

You will be playing a crucial role in the corporate services team, focusing on areas such as accounting, compliance & risk, fund, and trust.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with and learn from your team to manage your client portfolio
  • Become a subject matter expert and communicate with support from the team communicate with clients.
  • Attend board meetings, assist in the preparation of meeting packs and drafting minutes and resolutions, attend to the payments process and other administration duties as required
  • Supervise and assist in the training, development and management of any Trainee Administrator and/or Administrator in the team

Joining a great team, you will be studying towards CGI (ICSA) or equivalent professional qualifications, have proven experience in a similar role, and bring with your knowledge of local legislation / regulatory requirements.
