Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Controller to join our client in their Guernsey office.

Reporting to the CFO, you will be a qualified accountant with a financial services background keen to manage and develop a team to excel.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee group reporting process and internal management reporting
• Prepare annual statutory accounts and group reporting
• Manage preparation of quarterly regulatory reporting for local regulators
• Day-to-day management of finance team, providing training and advice as necessary

Together with your experience of managing staff and your strong analytical & problem solving skills you will have excellent communication skills at all levels.
