We have a new opportunity for a trust / compliance reviewer to join a respected trust company in Guernsey.
This could suit:
- An experienced trust / compliance reviewer
- A trust professional looking to step into a back office role
- Those with direct experience but looking to pursue other interests whilst keeping their hand in the market
You’ll play a key part in identifying and managing fiduciary and compliance risks while supporting a strong internal risk culture.
Responsibilities will include:
- Performing periodic fiduciary and compliance reviews across a portfolio of client structures
- Liaising with staff on risk matters and contribute to promoting a positive risk culture
- Assisting in producing quarterly risk reports and reviewing internal policies and procedures
- Supporting compliance functions, including onboarding checks and regulatory updates
